When and where
Every Tuesday, 7 pm, Wandoona CWA hall (the one with the ramp). Doors open at 6:45 for the urn. The group runs until 9 or until the beings arrive, whichever is first. It has never been the second one, which Cheryl attributes to the CWA, "who they clearly respect".
Phone participation is available for regional experiencers (Dennis P., Charleville, since 2019). The phone is on the trestle table on speaker. Please do not describe anything on speaker that would upset the Tuesday craft group, who are in the kitchen.
Rules
- Bring a plate. With something on it. The plate is not the point but the plate is also, somewhat, the point.
- No sceptics. Questions are welcome. Questions are not. You know the difference. Keith did not.
- No Keith. This is a separate rule to rule 2 following the 2022 wig incident.
- What is said in the hall stays in the hall, unless Warren was there, in which case it will be in The Weekly Probe with your initials.
- No ranking of experiences. Forty-seven is not a competition. (It is forty-seven, though.)
- Socks. It is cold in the hall and Cheryl believes socks reduce selection.
A typical evening

| 6:45 | Urn. Plates to the trestle. Dennis dialled in. |
| 7:00 | Welcome. Acknowledgement that we are meeting on a Tuesday, knowing what we know about Tuesdays. |
| 7:05 | Round the room: name, number of times taken, which house you were returned to most recently. |
| 7:30 | Featured account (rostered). Twenty minutes. No interruptions except from the urn. |
| 7:50 | Dr Faraday's measurement of the week. |
| 8:00 | Pamphlet Watch: new arrivals catalogued and passed round. |
| 8:15 | Gary update. (None.) |
| 8:20 | Open floor. Implants, dreams, cattle behaviour, anything in the roof. |
| 8:50 | Plate roster for next week. Lights off in the laundry at home. Socks. |
| 9:00 | Close. Warren locks up. Warren checks the sky. Warren tells everyone what the sky is doing. |
Who comes
Attendance averages nine, with a record of fourteen in October 2022 (one of whom was Keith in a wig). Regulars include Cheryl (facilitator), Warren (security and sky), Dr Faraday (science), Maureen K. from Dulacca Street (kitchen inspection survivor), Graeme T. (rostered, eleven days), young Tyler B. when his mum can drive him, two ladies from the craft group who "just like the company", and Dennis, on speaker.
Noreen attends twice a year "to see what we're paying for" and brings the best plate, which Cheryl finds "pointed".
Testimonials
"Before the group I thought I was the only person in the district who'd been put back in the wrong house. Now I know there are three of us, and one of them is my neighbour." — Maureen K.
"Nobody here has ever asked me if it was a dream. Keith asked me if it was a dream. Once." — Dennis P. (by phone)
"The urn is good." — Tyler B., 16
"It's a lot of people eating slice and talking about a Tall Grey called Gary who, as far as I can tell, has never done anything. I don't mind it. They're kind to each other." — N. Doolan, management
Joining
Turn up. Bring a plate. If you are not sure whether you qualify, take the self-assessment, and then turn up anyway, because Cheryl says "nobody who takes that test scores under ten unless they're lying or Keith".
The group is fictional, the hall is fictional and Keith is fictional. If you have genuinely experienced something frightening and would like to talk to someone, talk to someone you trust. Bring a plate if you like.
