BERYL WAS A BIOLOGIC: US Congress hears testimony on 'non-human biologics', and our ninety-page statement is not read into the record

A former intelligence officer has told a congressional committee under oath that the United States has recovered non-human biologics from crashed craft. The Collective submitted ninety pages establishing that a Droughtmaster cow is a biologic, that she was on a craft, and that someone therefore has her. Nobody read it.

On Wednesday night our time, in a committee room in Washington, DC, a man who used to work in intelligence sat in front of elected representatives, swore an oath, and said that the United States government is in possession of craft of non-human origin and of “non-human biologics” recovered from them.

I had to have Shane explain “biologics” to me over the phone. It means living things. Or things that were living. Bodies, Shane said, they mean bodies, Uncle Warren, and I said yes, Shane, I know what they mean, and I went out to the verandah and I looked at the Top Paddock for a while.

What a biologic is

A biologic is a thing that is or was alive and that is not human. The man did not say “alien”. He said non-human. The committee did not say “alien”. They said non-human. And I would like the record of this website to show that a Droughtmaster cow is non-human, is a biologic, and was recovered onto a craft at 2:47 am on 14 March 1994.

That is not a theory. That is a definition. They have, by their own words, under oath, told us what they have. They have non-human biologics from craft. Beryl is a non-human biologic who was on a craft. I am not saying they have Beryl. I am saying that if they do not have Beryl they should say so, and they have not said so, because nobody has asked them, because nobody read the ninety pages.

The ninety pages

I began the statement on the Thursday morning and finished it on the Saturday night. Noreen says it was Sunday morning. It was ninety pages because that is how long it is. It contains:

  • A full account of the taking (pages 1–14).
  • Beryl’s registration, ear tag number, breeding, show results and a photograph from the 1991 Wandoona Show in which she is wearing the Reserve Champion sash (pages 15–19).
  • The Burnt Circle, the 1995 return of the wrong cow, and the Men in Beige, both visits (pages 20–41).
  • Dr Faraday’s comparative analysis of the Beryl craft and the Navy Tic Tac, including the dinner plate (pages 42–58).
  • Pine Gap Pete’s material, redacted by me to protect Pete, which left pages 59–66 mostly black, which I think they will respect given their own record.
  • A section titled What I Am Asking For (page 67), which is one paragraph and says: tell me if she is in the inventory.
  • Appendices, including the caramel slice (pages 68–90).

Shane formatted it. Cheryl proofread it. Dr Faraday signed it as an expert witness, by post. I posted it on the Monday, express, to the committee, to the man who testified, and to the Australian embassy in Washington, and I rang the post office on the Wednesday to confirm it had left the country and the woman said “it’s in the system, Warren” and I said that is what I am afraid of.

It was not read

I watched the whole hearing, live, at 2 am, on Shane’s old laptop, with the Panasonic set up on the tripod filming the laptop screen in case the stream was pulled. Nobody mentioned Beryl. Nobody mentioned cattle. Nobody mentioned Australia, Queensland, Wandoona, Boolaroo Downs, Droughtmasters, the Bureau, or a slice. At one point a member of the committee said the words “the American people deserve answers” and I said, to the laptop, “and the Doolans”, and Noreen called out from the bedroom to keep it down.

Ninety pages. Not read. Not acknowledged. Not, as far as I can tell, received, though the post office says otherwise.

Dr Faraday’s view

Dr Faraday believes the statement was received and was read and that this is why it was not mentioned. “If they had not read it,” he said, “someone would have said the word cow by accident. Nobody said cow. Nobody came within a mile of cow. That is not an absence. That is avoidance.” He has watched the hearing again with the sound down, looking at the faces, and he believes one of the committee members “knows”.

A word from management

The hearing was about American military matters in America. Warren posted ninety pages to a committee that receives, I would imagine, thousands of letters, a fortnight before it sat. The envelope cost $64. The man who testified said he had not personally seen the biologics. I have personally seen Beryl, at Roma, going through the ring, in 1994, and I would testify to that under any oath they like. — Noreen

Where it stands

I have classified this as DEVELOPING because it is. The Americans have said the word. Once the word is said it cannot be unsaid. Somewhere there is an inventory, and on that inventory there are non-human biologics, and every single one of them was something before it was a line on a list, and one of them might be a nine-year-old Droughtmaster cow with a Reserve Champion sash who did not deserve to be a word in a committee room.

I have begun a second statement. It is currently forty pages. It is addressed to the Australian Senate, who are closer, and who, Shane tells me, also have a committee.

They will not read it either. I am going to send it anyway. That is what the Collective is. That is what it has always been. Ninety pages into the dark, and the gate left open.

— Warren
